Modern, contemporary and in a class of its own Akaru Spa reflects aesthetic charm and originality. The interior with flowing water features has been done with a spirit of free-flowing energy, allowing harmonious walks between the different areas.
While the reception walls have been painted in energetic yellow and orange, all 14 treatment rooms have been designed in a darker palette of earthy colours. The relaxation areas, sauna and hammam are a true haven of relaxation with subdued tones that confer a sense of tranquility and revitalizing intimacy.
The treatments rooms command superb views of the gardens; weather permitting, “sky-treatments” can be carried out on the secluded terraces, in the open air.
A special feature of the Akaru Spa is a floor, dedicated for men. With a separate entrance and a welcoming lobby, the men’s section is similar in décor and ambience to the ladies area, when it comes to soothing or invigorating.
